I know this is a much older program,..however the flexibility the "Photomerge-Panorama" application is the best of all iterations I've experienced in Photoshop. The user has a better intuitive manual use of this tool. So much of a time saver than in following updates. And for me,...this is the deal breaker. I can forward to a client a quickly developed 'composite composition' for a larger image to make artwork. I can make the proposal, and have a done deal in an hour. This has never been 'improved' but undermined in the following iterations of Photoshop Elements.

The mouse commands and keyboard keys a bit akward, compared to photoshop or sketchup or autocad. But the program does what it is supposed to. If i could change one thing it would be to make the snap to feature a bit more intuitive. If I could change another thing it would be to make the auto scroll while selecting objects have a screen refresh. One thing I would love to keep and see in other programs is the print screen pick and choose where you can print from any spot in your project. And love that the program revolves around vectors.
