These vanilla beans were the best of any I've ever bought! Once I opened the package, the smell was very fragrant. It absolutely smelled delicious! My vanilla extract was ready to use just a month after making it whereas usually one has to give it a few months. The color was very dark after 1.5 weeks. The smell of the extract actually smells like vanilla and not vodka. The taste actually tastes like vanilla and not vodka. Hands down, the best beans I have ever bought.
