What a great humidor. The humidifier that comes with it is not the best electric model out there. I bought a cigar oasis to go with it which is a far superior model. I wanted a cabinet humidor that offered box storage capabilities. This cabinet does the trick. More than enough room to show off ur high end smokes while u house ur boxes of your everyday smokes. This is the second device I'm buying for a friend and I owned mine for more than 2 years now. It's a simple device so it's supposed to do the job properly, however it could do a better job IHO if it had these two features: 1. A stronger fan for multiple shelves cabinets. (I have three shelves) 2. Humidity sensor should be away from the water tank itself as the humidity there is always higher than in other parts of the cabinet. On the plus side, operation is easy and filling the tank with water is also easy. It is easy to connect and the wire going inside the humidor is very thin (but strong) so it can go anywhere. A final word, the external/additional optional fan could also use more power and does not add much.

I bought this to go in my wineador and it is doing a great job keeping the RH at 68%. I ordered the bluetooth adapter separately and it is a great addition. I have used Cigar Oasis's before but have had bad luck with them. This uses the gel beads which are more effective at regulating humidity. I did add the external fan to help air circulation. I now have 3 of these in all my humidors and wouldn't trade them for twice as many of the other brands.
