If you're thinking a walbro (ti) 255 is what you need, then get it. I've ran these in other forced-induction cars and have never needed extra fuel. Only down side is 255lph is a bit excessive for a street 1.8l. A 190lph pump would've got me where I need to be. Seems to be a genuine part, and it runs noticeably quieter than the old models.

Do not buy!!! . I purchased 3. The first one lasted 10 miles. I installed the second one, it ALSO lasted 10 miles. Both left me stranded on the side of the road due to terrible quality. Throwing the third one in the trash and only buying Bosch.
