    Brought new life to our fridge!

    Bought a used Fridgidaire side by side that had all sorts of weird problems. Evaporator icing up, evaporator fan cycling on and off every few seconds, damper door opening/ closing randomly, compressor not turning off when it should... The list goes on. Measured resistance values of all input and output components and found them to be within spec, but the thing was not able to cool. My diagnosis led me to believe this little board was toast. Bought and installed this product and the fridge works flawlessly now! Extremely happy with it. My only gripe is one of the capacitors is slightly too tall and required the module enclosure to be forced a little to snap together. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone else with the applicable model and experiencing the same issues! Great product!

    Did not work out of the box.

    Defroster did not active with new board. Only way to make it work was to manually trigger the defrost with the door button. Wiring and timer were working. From what I read, this is common with the replacement boards and frustrating. I gave it three days to function properly and active the defrost and did not unless I manually triggered it. Then it started making a clicking (relay) sound for 30 seconds until it did work. It never did it automatically.

    Saved me spending 2k on a new fridge

    I had a strange issue with my Frigidaire side by side. The evaporator fan was pulsing on and off, but when I checked voltage at the connector it was showing 110v making me believe I had a bad fan motor. I bought a new motor, same issue. Then I check voltage when fan was connected and pulsing on and off, it was all over the place. This solved that issue, and everything is working like new.

    Works and doesn't

    This product corrected the initial problem, the defrost was not engaging, but now the fridge runs continually and stuff in my refrigerator side is freezing with the thermostat set to 0 (least cool option).

    modification needed

    the circuit board did not fit into the hard plastic box located within the refrigerator. The plastic box had to be modified with a Dremel tool so that the circuit board would fit
