Supertramp - Brother Where You Bound
Hello. I'm moon from Argentina. With my sister, we're fans of Supertramp, this amazing band. If you don't know, Brother Where You Bound was the first cd without the voice and guitar of Roger Hodgson. With the colaboration of the Pink Floyd's guitarist David Gilmour, Brother Where You Bound was released in 1985. This cd is for me my first purchase on eBay, and I decided buy it when I saw that it was in other countries!! Here is not available and is too hard to find, but eBay save me!! Brother Where You Bound has a different sound, with the first single, Cannonball, and the incredible song with the name of this cd. If you like Supertramp, you must have it. It's a relic. Maybe it was unsuccesful but is a relic, because it was the sound of the new Supertramp, the last Supertramp. The cd was re-released in 2002, and believe me, it's too hard to find... And now I'm going to complete my Supertramp collection... Bye bye!!! ...Read full review

great cd.i just didnt have for my collection.if you like supertramp,you should have this.they dont make bands like this anymore.there arent just pop,one hit here today gone tomorrow type band.

AN INTERESTING RECORD WITH SOME GOOD SONGS
A fairly good CD with some good songs as Cannonball, Better Days and Ever Open door. HOdgson's departure was tough enough to overcome. However, as the first CD without him, Rick Davies proofs he was able to guide the group at least for some more time. HOdgson's inputs, guitar playing and skills are missing in this CD.

An album that worths attention!
I only had the lp and, since my turntable was wrecked for a long time, I only kept on listening the title song from MP3. I couldn't stop listening to it from the beginning to the end. Wow! I tell you, it's a well kept secret for the followers of the band, the after Roger Hodgson departure era. I recommend the remastered cd that became a master piece. GG

Brother where you bound
I have everything that Supertramp has ever released, and, in my opinion, is there best work. The Roger Hodgson influenced work (Crime of the Century, Breakfast in America) is what most people state is the best music, but this release is a pleasant surprise. Give it a try!

FIRST CD WITHOUT HODGSON AND YOU COULD TELL. STILL VERY GOOD AND SOUNDS AMAZING REMASTERED. BROTHER WHERE YOU BOUND AND CANNONBALL ARE VERY GOOD.
