I can’t count how many years I’ve used Cliniques High impact waterproof mascara? My allergies are bad and I’ve tried to use others and my eyes still water and constantly itch. Very easy to apply because it’s so soft. I can apply it three or four times and no clumps. Love it.

It is OK, nothing really special about this mascara. It stays on well, separates the lashes but it does not make lashes longer. Ester Lauder or Lancome mascaras are better in my opinion.

I have looked long and hard for mascaras. 99% of regular formulas smudge and run because I have oily skin. This waterproof mascara from Clinique is exceptional. It does not clump and it stays on. Yeah, it's a bit more expensive than my uusual Great Lash Waterproof mascara from Maybelline, but it is perfect.
