T540P laptop arrived in good condition and with windows already installed . Screen and case in good condition Great ! a few problems to note battery does hold a charge, but is well worn and only lasts a little longer than 2 hrs- not great. This model has a very poor internal mouse with only 2 buttons , and really requires an external mouse to work properly Note: this is a design issue not just a problem with just this unit . CPU runs cool but could be faster even with the SSD. (a plus is that it can be upgraded to a quad core 2.9 MHZ) a minus- did not come with power adapter and only worked for 2 minutes before shutting down , also was supposed to come with all software updates, but Bios needed to be upgraded in order to get network adapter beyond 100 MBS to make use of my cable internet speed. Over all , you can't beat it for the price though the upgrades and missing parts cost about $50, not including the mouse which I already had.Read full review
