I didn't expect this to be as good as a friend told me it was but HOLY COW I am impressed. French fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets- they ALL come out crispy!!! Although it recommends a 1/4 teaspoon of oil for some items, I didn't use any oil at all!!! You can make bread, muffins, bacon, blooming onions and if you look online you can even find recipes and conversion times and temperatures to cook frozen foods of any type. Since this is a 6 quart fryer I can even cook a whole chicken @ 10 mins. per pound. My only complaint is I don't have the storage space for it on the counter or in a cabinet- should have gone with the 3 quart fryer. I also purchased some added accessories to be able to make bread, shish kebab and even PAN PIZZA!!! Oh boy! That's what I'm having for Thanksgiving dinner since my mom is out of town. For the past two weeks my dinners have been mainly appetizers because I just can't get enough of that pro-like cooking!!! Though it is bigger than a 3 quart, as stated, it has a stainless steel mesh in the bottom of the basket and food that is cooked in it will be a difficult mess to clean, the mesh basket is also difficult to remove for cleaning as well, I do not recommend this fryer, as others are entirely non-stick and much easier to use all around!

Very pleased with the product. We have used it everyday since we received it. Wife has even baked rhubarb bread in it. Frozen foods work great. When cooking raw chicken or fish it helps to use Crisco or Pam Spray oil first for easier cleaning after. Just soak for 30 minutes with a little dish soap in warm water - no harsh rubbing. I've only used one time --made chicken wings. They were quite good and I look forward to trying many more recipes. I bought this to supplement my toaster oven/air fryer and am very pleased with the additional food capacity, increased browning and many other features of this product. It is very hard to clean, however --supposedly it's dishwasher safe but it's so large and bulky I didn't see that as much of an option.

My kids are trying out with new air fryer and like it. You don't have to worry about the clean up the oil pot anymore. The only draw back is you need to turn the food over so that it will be crunchy. Another issue is the plastic smell after using it. I hope the smell will be gone after awhile.
