If you ever wanted to understand human behavior in just a few hours, this is the book to read. Its current, up to date, and compares the thinking and mentality of generations through parenting and technology. i.e. Baby Boomers, GenX, and Millennials. And how we relate to one another and function as social animals is compelling. I enjoyed this book to help me with my own relationships. The one chapter that is most shocking are middle-aged men who are lonely and have no friends, while middle-aged women have many. What men are taught early in life without the maternal nurturing will play-out later in life - loneliness and mental despair.
