I was looking for a clear equivalent to 3M Super Weatherstrip and Gasket Adhesive(it only comes in black and nasty yellow). The plastic trim adhesive is close the Super Weatherstrip and Gasket Adhesive. It is waterproof, weather, resistant. and will even adhere to glass. I have not used it long enough to know how good it is and I still use the Trim Adhesive when strength is important.
