I was looking for a sock for my Lefse rolling pin which is a little over 3” diameter. These would not stretch enough to fit. They did fit my standard rolling pin that is close to 2.5” so I will keep them and use them for that rolling pin. I ended up ordering some of the 3” cotton stockinette for my Lefse rolling pin; it fits on nicely and I can cut it to whichever length I wish. I like to use a double sock so it holds the flour better when rolling.

I use covers on my pin. I got these but have only used once. Seemed to do a fine job.
