I had only seen pictures of cards using this product and had watched Rangers You Tube using this product. The instructions on the packaged mirrored the instructions on the video. The powder DOES NOT dry! I had to use a spray sealer to keep the powder from rubbing off. I am very dissatisfied as I made several card fronts trying to get the expected and projected results. It is in a drawer and will remain there.
