This printer takes five color and one black for a total of six print cartridges. The combination provides superb print quality. The great thing about he cartridges is you only have to replace the one that is low on ink. Most printers have a single color cartridge that has to be replaced even if one of the colors is out. The printer has a touch sensitive key pad arrangement and a LCD screen. The overall look of the printer is very nice with a bronze base and black top. Setup was easy with the included software CD. Being wireless, any computer connected to the home/office network can access and print on this printer. I would recommend this printer to any home or home/small office setup.

I had this printer for 8 years previous, I never thought I'd fine any new one, I am an illustrator and I a good easy to operate one is a must with good printing. Canon had an excellent product in the MG812B why they stopped making it is a mystery. David Purciel
