The soundsticks III Wireless by Harman Kardon are a beautiful piece of technology to have on display on my room. I love its looks and the clear crisp sound. Of course there are much smaller speakers that could fill the room with the same volume of sound, but I haven't found one that has such clear audio from Bluetooth. I also appreciate that these speakers have the capability of working with a 3.5mm jack. I believe it is a great investment and I am seriously considering getting another pair. I hate that these days manufacturers either don't care at all for stereo separation or try to do something like using Dolby Atmos which is great but to expensive to be a reasonable expense for just listening to music on my computer.

This is a good speaker system but not the best. I do not get the clear high in the treble as I was led to believe in the other reviews. It is good but not above that. The subwoofer is very nice and I do get good mid range to low bass. The design is well above average. I think I could have done better for the price.

I'm not very knowledgeable about what makes some speakers better than others, but I do like good sound and the HK Soundsticks have it. They sound best when I'm facing them (they are mounted on windowsills just behind my desk and sit abut five feet apart). They produce very clear sound and according to my wife they're way too loud. If I turn the volume up near maximum, I begin to get a little distortion. Still they perform noticeably better than any other speaker set I've owned. I recommend them to anyone wanting a high quality sound system without having to spend really serious bucks to get it.
I bought the soundsticks because my dad bought a set when I was still living at home and they sounded amazing! This Christmas I went home on leave and too this day he still has the same set! Great reliability and sound just gets better with age! So I decided to buy myself a set this year but with Bluetooth capability because I have a laptop and it's nice to be around the house and still get perfect sound! Would highly recommend this product and brand! Money well spent!
I have the HK Soundsticks III that I was going to hook up to my computer but, I ended up not. I put it in my bedroom hooked up to my Samsung. It was a nice little 2.1 system but, I expanded it. I purchased a 3.5mm male to two 3.5mm female adapter. I plugged the adapter in, plugged the Soundsticks in, plugged in my JBL Charge 3 speaker to use as my center channel and hooked up my two JBL Flip 4’s for rear surrounds using the JBL Connect + to run everything. It sounds like a small but powerful little 5.1 system and it gets pretty loud with very little distortion if any. It actually gives a theater sound to it. I am very impressed. If I wasn’t going to get it for my computer I would’ve got the Soundsticks II because they are wireless and Bluetooth so I could run them all together. I still am going to do that to eliminate wires around the floor and tv. Don’t pass the HK Soundsticks for any other 2.1 speaker system. Read full review

Always wanted a set, took many years to finally get one. Only bad thing, was a piece was bent out of box, therefore causing issues connecting and making sound. I doubled looked over every piece and tech support ready, before noticing the bent piece. I managed to unbend it, and EVERYTHING works GREAT NOW!!! Fantastic sound from a very nice set of Harmon Kardon speakers. CDs sound better than I have ever heard them. Killer bass and 2 great satellite speakers to handle mid range and highs. I purchased this Harmon Kardon Soundsticks III system as a replacement for my 15 year old Bose system that died. I liked the design features for my MAC with the volume control button on one of the sound sticks, the on/off button on the subwoofer, and how the subwoofer is illuminated when turned on. Very attractive system and looks good with my 27-inch Mac. The sound quality is very good and projects well into the room. Only con is that the coaxial connetor from one of the soundsticks into the subwoofer comes loose easily, but I've fixed that. Overall very happy with the unit.

I bough it because I liked it since I was in Europe. Remember back then. I could not afford to have it since the price was so high. I love its design, pretty unique and the quality is pretty good too. I drive a mini and they use Harman Kardon in all minis I guess. I love the speakers in my car too. So far there is nothing I dislike about it and I think about buying it again if my parents love it when they see it.
I picked my Soundstick III's up to complete my custom pc build. Very simple and straight forward set up, especially if you've ever hooked up speakers before. The sound is epic for much a small 2.1 system. Very crisp highs and mids and the bass is amazing. I actually keep the bass dialed pretty far back to avoid waking the neighbors. The styling is so unique as well and they look even cooler in person. I would describe it as elegant steampunk. I've had mine for over a month so far now and I am absolutely happy with them.
