Basic, standard ssd with the read and write speeds everyone brags about... and a good price. Go samsung if you want more performance but if you just want the ssd upgrade with no drawbacks, this is fine.

I have only had this bad boy for about a week.. so I cannot really comment on it's reliability. Installation was a breeze, and it's FAST.. My standard HDD would take near 2 mins to restart this takes about 40 secs and cold boot time is around 20 secs. So to sum up my review this is FAST which is why you get an SSD and Intel ssd optimization software (downloaded separately) is great for checking for updates, etc.. Did I say this drive is FAST!!

Came reasonably fast and works just fine. What else can I say? This is more trouble writing the damn review than I'm having with product. If you have to write a novel with every review I'll not bother in the future
