product came in timely fashion, in good shape but im unable to download the pictures to my computer that has windows 10 on it as the software that comes in the camera will not work goes into error. im wondering if this camera is too old and wont work with windows 10 i dont no or the software is corrupt.

The best quality camera for the money. I use these cameras to make professional videos, such as music videos and television shows and commercials. I have purchased 5 of them so far. In my opinion, the video quality this camera produces outperform other cameras that I have used that cost thousands of dollars. The ONLY downfall that I have experienced with this camera is the battery will only record for about 45 minutes without charging, so I had to purchase extra batteries.

Great Quality, a take videos and the JVC rec.. Great. The only the cam have is not take pictures. The cam only record. But take a great videos. You need a tripod to the cam take a better videos. But i love the for the price. In puerto Rico this cam have a cost very up.
