I had been researching buying a new CD deck for quite awhile. I know that there are very high priced decks and didn't want to go that route. I basically just wanted to buy a deck that would really sound good - most important attribute. After reading many reviews, I came to the conclusion that almost 100% of what I read about this deck was how it sounded great to the reviewers. I have been a satisfied Marantz owner for many years and for many of their products. My decision to purchase this particular deck was the right one! First new deck in over twenty years and I LOVE IT!! My older deck is a Sony ES339 which is no slouch either but the Marantz is much warmer. If you may be considering a new CD deck, this one (it's new model designation is 6005)needs to make your list.
The product had a few more features than what I expected which will be a plus. Good choice for me.

Este Marantz CD6004 cumple absolutamente con lo que promete.Buen tamaño, chasis robusto, simple de manejar y un sonido fiel al original.Incluso me llamó la atención la calidad del sonido que sale por la salida de fonos pero el volumen no se puede manejar desde el control remoto (detalle en contra).
