I;ve ordered two 3-packs of the ARLO Essential Spotlight cameras. In general, they have been fine, but one of the cameras just doesn't seem to hold a charge. Even after fully charging it and verifying that it is fully charged, it runs out of charge in a few days with very little active use. The other 5 cameras hold their charges nicely, but I got one lemon in the batch. It seems from other reviews that this happens all too often. I think ARLO needs to improve their quality control.

Absolutely terrible. Cannot connect, app cannot find it, basically all you get is a piece of plastic. Their support is sending you from door to door and auto-closing tickets while giving 0 support. Worse experience with a product ever.
