Authentic Apple Watch charger
I wanted to streamline the chargers and cords in our bedroom. And using my watch as a bedside clock was one way to do it. I balked at paying the full price for this charger, but I love Apple quality and the alt designs available were too overly “notice me” for my preference, or offered other features that I simply didn’t need/wouldn’t use. I have the regular watch charger but this device allows both flat and sideways charging and the surface is soft material that won’t scratch or let the watch slide off, nor scratch delicate surfaces it’s placed on. It’s got the heft to prevent sliding around when interacting with it too: it stays put where you want it too. It does exactly what I need it to do, elegantly and functionally. Love it!

Worth $35 but not full Apple retail price.
Great product, charges quickly and holds my watch well. I only have a few small gripes about it. 1. It is about 50% larger than it needs to be. Most of us will use it in nightstand mode, which could be accomplished with 1/4 of the footprint. For lying it down. For those who want to charge it face-up, A slightly larger disc might be needed but still only about half the size. 2. It uses lightning lightning to USB a charge cable. I was hoping for USB – C or at least lightning to USB-C, which is what my MacBook pro has. This doesn’t slow down charging too much given the small battery size in the Apple Watch but it does mean that I cannot hook it up to my computer when I have them on the same desk. 3. No power brick. For the retail price that Apple charges, it should come with a USB- to A/C wall charger. Like everyone else, I have a lot of USB-Awall plugs lying around so it was no big deal. But I would have hoped for better for the price. Read full review

A much more convenient charger than the one that came with the watch.
Much easier to use than the "necklace pendant" charger that came with the watch. Always ready for me to put down the watch on it with one hand, which would be impossible with the regular charger that just sort of dangles somewhere nearby and also gets hidden by accident.

Apple Magnetic Charger is the most efficient, convenient and effective product. Doesn’t take up much and is contemporary looking which I love. It charges faster than my original watch charger. I recommend it highly.
