ok so i wanted this iconic timepiece in my collection and i finally picked it up for the modest price of $26. i first noted the excellent comfort of the watch and the time was not too difficult to set with the exception of daylight savings settings which i still quite havent figured out. regarding the metal wristband, adjustments require pliers. my casio featured what i assume to be a wristband defect, as one of the links was nearly impossible to remove. having first owned a smartwatch, then a vintage manual watch, followed by a replica watch and several other cheap timepieces, ive worked my way around several archetypes of a watch's purpose: versatility, beauty, the "flex" and just a way to know the time. The Casio surpasses all other pieces in my collection for one reason, and this reason alone makes me reach for it whenever my fit permits chrome accessories. Practicality is a notion you won't consider unless 1) you are not deeply passionate about watches; or 2) you've owned several watches and you realise that charging an accessory every night or worrying about that gold around your wrist being stolen is more hassle than it is worth. The Casio is an "every day" watch—reliable, handsome, and unassuming. Once you have this watch adjusted to your wrist size and time zone preferences/needs you won't look back. It is everything you need and more. Still, you may not be a fan of the boxy geometric look. If this is you, take comfort in knowing that Casio makes a similar model in the typical circle shape.Read full review

Very nice watch with time zone map that highlights depending on the time zone you are in. It has 3 other zones at the push of a button that whatever others you want. If you want to change and move to another time zone its easy to do. It has a calendar and alarm settings. The case is made of a nice plastic resin with a stainless steel bracelet. I would pay more though if it came with a stainless steel watch case. Very nice watch and worth the money. It also comes with a 10 year battery.

My son discovered Casio watches of the 1980’s and wanted to buy one. Fortunately Casio is still making digital watches albeit with a strong resin case instead of stainless steel but for the price they are awesome. He loves it and now uses it instead of his phone for keeping track of time. Sometimes the old ways do produce better habits so as not to get distracted by a mobile phone ad many kids do today. I’d highly recommend this watch. And its water resistant to 100m or so. Has a metal strap , so is tough.

I love this watch. It may not look like a million dollars but if you love wearing it, looking at it and using it's functions, ask yourself, how much do you care what other people think? The display is very clear and well laid out. Battery life is claimed to be 10 years which is amazing. It is a good size for most wrists. The bracelet is on the cheap side, but that's really to be expected. Consider this watch for what it is, low price and retro. Personally, I love it.

Arrived quickly and in one piece! Good watch with many features, easy to adjust and quality stainless chain. Would recommend! Note that the light function looks different in real life (it's more yellow) but this is due to the camera as I tested with my cellphone camera. 5/5
