blow em up and slide em off and on.
Didn't realize how easy these are to replace until watched youtube video - air nozzle put air in end grip - grip expands and you can slide it off, same process in reverse to put new one on - slick! these are same as OEM for this sled - wish I'd have looked at latest and greatest as newer sled as slightly better grip - but these work fine - didn't realize package is only one, so had to order another one.
