I would start by saying, first.. get your testosterone level tested, second...watch out for any rapid or unusual heart rate or heart skipping, and I would say if you are 40 or younger take only one pill every other day, the two pills a day for me and a friend I know oh, caused some rapid heart rate, consult your doctor before you do it, even though I didn't do that, but it works better if I take one pill every other day.
