I have used L’Oréal Infallible Pro-last (Mesmerizing Merlot - 223) for the last 4-5 years and love it. The color is vibrant, stays on all day without fading, doesn’t bleed onto other surfaces and I always get compliments on it, even from strangers! My color is sometimes hard to find, and I hope it isn’t discontinued, but when I find a good deal on eBay, I always buy it in multiples (6 this time)! I give it a 10!
