Really a great flashlight!
I like everything about it except for the fact it is very hard to press on and take off. The rails on my SD9VE are not the exact fit I guess. With the spring loaded lock bar it could be made to slide on easier and would still be snug fitting with the lock bar in place. I had to use a screwdriver to pry it off and was afraid of damaging it. I will probably just keep it on and only take it off when I clean the gun. Other than that, it works great.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Failed after shooting one magazine!
I installed this on my Glock 22 and it failed after shooting one 16 round magazine at the range. Specifically, the light turned off after I fired the gun and then I fired another shot and it came back on then back off after another shot...and the pattern repeated for one more magazine and then completely quit working. I replaced the battery with a brand new Energizer battery and the light still would not turn on. As and engineer, I would deduce from this set of circumstances that the circuit board inside the light was not properly designed to isolate the vibration that is presented from the recoil of a gun. Bottom line is this is typical Chinese quality junk. Don't waste your money like I did.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great for the money
Great little unit for the money. Illuminates good for the 30-40 ft I need. I agree with others that the buttons could be hard to find in a tense situation though. The quick release is easy and simple to remove/install. As far as durability I cannot comment. Others have said that after a day at the range it stopped working. I wouldn’t keep it on for that anyway so I don’t care. I have confidence it would get me through a situation that it would be needed for. Better-than-expected
Couldn't be happier with this light! Fits the rail perfectly and the mounting system is ingenious! I am going to order several more for my other pistols thanks so much! Not to mention it's affordable 1/3 the price of other models that are the same thing , and the push button on and off and the flashlight or strobe light is very nice, the buttons are grippy rubber and very responsive! Perfest little light!
Mounted on AR and M&P9...worked perfect. Small battery (CR2) means a shorter run time but more than enough for what it was designed for. Description says CR123 battery but is uses and comes with CR2. Mount works very well and the buttons are positioned well. 3 modes...off, on and strobe with clicky switch. several hundred round through AR and M&P. It's a small flashlight but don't expect it to mount to a rail.
