Janet has created a masterpiece again, this time in writing an uplifting and inspirational new york times best seller. I got a lot out of it and really enjoyed reading Janet's stories along with those of friends & fans she included & commented on. Great book for anyone who would like to learn to think differently & positively about themselves & work on their self esteem. Also great for those focusing on healthy eating & living. The recipes at the end are a great bonus. I highly recommend True You, I loved it.

I brought the product becuase I love the Jackson family especially Michael and Janet. I loved it because Janet did not demeanor anyone in her family and she loved Michael so much and he loved her. My sister read the book before I did and she loved it as well. I am not a book reader but I read this one, therefore, I could not compare. However, it did have a lot of pictures in it..
