Not a genuine Nokia battery. No way. Even the sticker is on crooked, but it seems to work in my dash cam. It's only been two weeks, but so far holding a charge. Can't really complain much for a $5 battery and free shipping. At least the shipping was quick and well packaged. I docked 2 stars for advertising "Genuine OEM". Why not be honest and advertise as "aftermarket but meets OE specifications" or something else but genuine? If it wasn't decievingly titled "Genuine", I'd probably give it 5 stars for the price. It's frustrating how many products are sold and advertised as genuine on eBay or Amazon when they're clearly Chinese knock-offs.
This charger does what it is supposed to and charges my various batteries fully. My objection is the lack of "gripping" surface in the spring loaded sliding cover that is supposed to hold the battery in the charger. It doesn't. If you do not balance the battery just so in the charger it will be bounced away from the contacts and will not charge. This happens all the time when you load the battery and "carefully" try to plug it in to a receptacle. The battery invariably slips out of contact and you have to try to get it back in contact with the charging points. I load the battery and wrap the entire charger with electrical tape to get a complete charge. If I had a rubber band that was strong enough, that might work, but I don't.
Quick and easy replacement....brought an older phone back up to snuff...great price for a name brand item...Would buy it again, but will probably never need another one...this is just like the original and should last another 10 years..
Maybe it's not as good as Nokia batteries were 10 years ago, but it's fully comparable to much more expensive "replacement batteries" from mobilshops. Or better. My grandmother says she has to charge her phone once in a week, with original it was like 10 days - that's great!
