Plug and play, perfect fit!
Rear wiper relay failure is common on hatchbacks/tailgates of first generation Ford Focus', the wiring harness fatigues at the hinge line from normal opening/closing of the hatch. Wire harness damage/shorts can render the rear wiper inoperable. Usually the relay for the wiper will fail, (no "click" sound from under the dash when in run mode.) The replacement rear wiper relay here is an EXACT replacement . OEM printing on it. These relays are on a panel located BEHIND the fuse panel in the driver's side footwell, NOT engine compartment. Fuse panel must be removed (2 screws) to gain access to the relay panel. With the fuse panel swung out of the way access to the relays is easy. On this relay panel, the part that fails is C2021 (See diagram.) Had it installed and working within 20 minutes! NOTE: The related FUSE will likely also be burned, which is F2.43 on the second diagram. 15A fuse (blue.) Thanks again for great quality parts!
