Fender Brushed Chrome Locking Tuners
These tuners are absolutely sick!! Look excellent on a nice MIM 2017 Fender Stratocaster I built with the Player Series 22 Fret Neck. Fit like a glove and super easy to install. Not my first set of Fender Locking Tuners but my first pair in the Brushed Chrome finish. Would highly recommend these to anyone that wants fast string changes and if you want to keep your guitar nearly perfectly tuned always!! A must buy for any guitar player gigging and or just simply a beginner. Have these on most of my Fenders!!

Good item, but don't expect these tuners to substitute for a Floyd Rose unit, where you never go out of tune cos you will... especially, if you install these on a guitar with a tremolo unit that you use frequently. These are fantastic tuners, perfect for the Jeff Beck "Tribute" Stratocaster I built. My only complaint is that it should be packaged with a template for drilling the two locating pins into the back of the headstock. Great and easy upgrade for your stratocaster!!
Love these. Very easy to install. They hold the strings in place perfectly and make for quick string-changes. You no longer need to coil the strings 3+ times. Just feed through, lock, coil once and you're done. Highly, highly recommended for an easy and effective upgrade. NOTE: make sure to confirm that you have the same double-pin-fitted tuners, which are standard on most modern Fenders.

Making life easier
Great locking tuners. Superb blend of the old and the new. Being bored of shiny chrome, this brushed chrome (which is essentially satin) is a fun twist. Vintage purists will condemn and mock you, saying that locking tuners do nothing for tuning stability. I care little if they are right or wrong, I just wanted locking tuners to make string changes quicker! Locking with a pin is much more streamlined than slowly wrapping wire around a pole, which I've always been terrible at. Get this if you want a nice upgrade that should easily drop into any modern Fender without modification.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

simple to install and make string chage a breeze
I purchased these to replace stock tuners on a mid 2000s Mexi Strat. They where an exact fit. Simple as remove the old and replace with new. Very slick system that allows for fast, pain free string change/install. Insert the string through tuning peg, lock it down, trim the excess, and tune to pitch. The machines themselves feel solid and precise which leads to smooth and accurate tuning. Swapping tuners required no other set-up changes to the guitar. Overall, I feel they are good value that give you a substantial improvement over stock tuners(not to mention these look good too!). One other note....I took the old stock tuners, which have the same shaft diameter as these, and installed them in a 2014 Fender Squire Strat. I had to enlarge the stock hole in the headstock and drill the small holes on the back of the headstock for the locating pins. Not a big deal, just a heads up in case you are going to purchase a set for that purpose. Enjoy!!!.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
