This is a nice looking, well made massage chair. Free shipping makes this an excellent value. Don't worry about the assembly, it comes in a few large pieces that easily fit together in a logical way. That said, the assembly instructions could be better, especially regarding the air tube connections at the base, but the hoses are colour coded. The massage is powerful and relaxing, and the chair itself is quiet enough to use while watching a movie or listening to music. The built-in Blu-tooth speaker is a nice bonus.

This chair is small. VERY small. AND it doesn't seem to fit some of my family members well. I am 6 feet tall and 195 pounds and my legs are VERY bent when I sit in it, even with the legs fully extended. It's a weird feeling sitting with my knees this bent. The area that massages your feet is so small that this function is pretty much useless. Basically, for me there is no benefit for the entire legs and feet. My wife is 5' 5" and she cannot get her shoulders high enough AND she cannot get her legs stretched out enough. Her knees are bent, A LOT as well. Other than the bent knees, the chair is okay. We did not expect this to be like a $5000 chair. HOWEVER, it would be nice to be able to straighten out one's legs. Would I buy this again? No. No I would not. I am 5’5”. The calf part does not massage my calf’s only my ankles. The neck massage part, massages my head. The arms massages my hands. So I am thinking I need to have very short ankles, really long arms, an a really long neck. Orangutan?

It would not recline, the feet rollers did not work. there is no upper back massage and the neck rollers are on the back of the head and you have to bend your head way back to feel that. They sent me a motherboard which fixed the recline and feet roller problems. I want to return it but they keep putting me of. No, I do not recommend this.

I recommend this chair with a few issues....for the money it does what it supposed to do....my back support went out a couple of days after chair arrived....customer support was fine starting off (keeping in contact that is) but problem still exist...I have insurance on chair which I highly recommend when purchasing but you have to figure out how to get through to them....which is why I gave 3 stars instead of five
