Just ok... The good first, locks tight, came sharp, lightweight. The bad, pocket clip is very weak, ground uneven, whole thing feels flimsy and the handle just feels lousy for heavy work. FRN handle makes it lightweight. Soft pocket clip retention. No play when blade is opened. Yes, you can't make adjustments or disassemble since it's riveted instead of using screws, but it's cheap enough not to worry about that. If it doesn't function as knife anymore, then just buy another one.
