Exact fit from the older splined plastic coupler, although a bit more expensive, looks like it is unlikely to break. The rubber spider thing will provide some mechanical shock protection from a dead start.

A drive coupling that will actually hold up and last the life of the pump. The original coupling was a joke, replaced them a couple of time then finally used a piece of plastic tubing forced over the original drive hubs. Now I don't have to worry about the motor to pump drive failing.
