Bought this expecting to have a little fun flying indoors at home. This heli is great fun and is very very durable. Bought a second one to double the fun. Once you get the hang of it you'll be delighted at the precise control you have. Hovers like a humming bird. Easy to charge. I have gotten 12 minutes flight time on the 150aMh battery by landing it every minute or so for about 10 seconds. Aluminum frame super durable. I fly it all over the house now. Great fun and very inexpensive. Highly recommend it for both first time flyers and experienced flyers just wanting to enjoy a great handling RC heli!

So we bought another brand of helicopter that is very similar. It lasted about 10 minutes and stopped working. So we bought this one. The only thing that's different from this than the other is the charging plug on the item. After a few weeks now of flying this and it taking a few crashed and spills I'm very happy with this purchase. I bought it for my 7 year old son. It says 14+ age recommendation but I think with adult supervision 7 is about the youngest I would go. I would say at around 10 years old they could be okay to fly by themselves. It does hurt if the propellers hit you. I've accidentally got hit in the finger and it stings. If you are wearing pants it doesn't really hurt if it hits your legs but on bear skin it again might sting. I have a 3 year old and he doesn't really want to fly it but I'm always worried that he would get around it or run around it and if it hits around the face or eyes it could do some damage. My 7 year old does a good job at controlling it but when you fly it for a while you want to start landing it on certain things in the house, table, island etc and it can take a crash or two. By reading the instructions and being patient ( charging time ) you will be rewarded with a very fun and easy to fly copter. I do not posses the skills needed to fly an airplane or a drone, but the copter is well within my capability. I have two of them now so when one runs down I fire up the other. These choppers are easily upgraded also. With a battery change and a little bit of work I now enjoy more power,speed,and about 12 min or fly time. I have crashed my 107's many times but have not yet disabled one from a crash. They are very durable and parts are readily available and cheap. When it comes to bang for the buck you just cant go wrong with the Syma 107g helicopter!
