I've lusted over this model since I first saw it at Toy Tree at Coronado Mall back in the 1980's. This is a very improved model and far superior to the original. One of the quickest to build models I've ever come across, all the parts self align like the chassis and transmission, so you simply cannot screw it up unless you don't how to use a screwdriver. Seriously it's that easy. I'm guessing they used computer design to make this happen and plastics that have some give. I've crashed it into the fridge and a wall, all resulting in minor scuffs. Wheelies are controllable and challenging. Plus it looks ridiculous in person, more so than the pictures show. It's wider than it is long which helps roll overs, but you're going to crash it. It's super durable and the roll cage is partially metal, so it can take a licking. Highly recommended, it's a lot of fun and looks terrific sitting on the shelf. Read full review

I really want CNC'd aluminum parts. I can't find much. I will be building it with a brushless motor. I also want to find a soldier figure for it.. I found a head that will work. Now, I need a pickle suit and boonie hat. Joanne's Fabrics is having a sale. I will update my evaluation when I get it built. I will put a camera in the jeep.
