This knife set is all that say it is. I have never had a knife this sharp out of the box. The workmanship is perfect and both knives are comfortable to use and handle. I have 5 stars.

Knife set came in earlier than expected. Re-honed both knives and the small knife would not hold a good edge. I was fortunate to harvest a deer a few days later and started using the smaller knife to clean the animal. Very difficult to get through the skin and open it up. Finished up the animal using the larger blade and worked out fine. The small knife did work out OK to cape the animal, but had to be re-honed about 3 times to keep an edge. Not very satisfied with the smaller blade.
