It may not seem cheap but compared to my old laptop that I bought brand new for $800, it works way better! This has an i7 core on it so it's pretty powerful. When I received the laptop I had an issue with the windows 10 update and required me to spend two extra hours of resetting the system to fix it. But that's not the computer, just windows giving another bad update. The speakers work great! Although mine are currently not working after the reset (probably another update issue) they are loud even without headphones. The weight of the computer isn't lightweight at all but you can tell it's meant to last. My laptop was actually just as fast a new one which surprised me. I've never had a refurbished computer before and I thought they would be a bit slower. I've played four games on it already and the graphics are a ton better than my older computer. I'm not really sure what else to put in the review for it besides if you don't like windows 10 then you probably should look for something without it. Computer arrived very well packaged and took only two days to arrive. It's incredibly fast. In fact we just had new HP computers installed where I work and they aren't as fast as this refurbished HP. It's an older model but in very good condition. I actually like the fact that it's older. The laptop is very durable and seems reliable. Battery holds a decent charge. I'm sure a new one would have a longer charge but I'm still pleased. Windows 10 upgrade is great. Customer service even called two days after delivery to see if I was pleased. Actually for a price it's a good device. Starts up, no errors, no Windows activation issues, great for email and web surfing, has all the ports and plugs you would ever need. The screen is bright and clear, keyboard and touch pad work great. Hinge is solid and tight. I had to buy a new battery right off the bat but that was in the original description so no markdown for that just be aware. Laptop batteries do not last forever and only charge them when it's needed don't kill them by leaving them plugged in all the time. Highly recommended.

Fast processing of information. A bit heavy ....Battery life is not good I only get 1 hour the most when using the battery. Tends to overheat. unable to use Microsoft office because the product key I got did not work with the version installed on the laptop. I don't like the openoffice software they used to replace Microsoft office and the web camera don't seem to work.
