Bought the small size doggy door. It has a magnet that holds plastic door shut. Made with really good material and we are very pleased. Solid door when used, seals very good.

Works well, the bottom of the cat flap is magnetized and returns the flap to the closed position as a cat passes through. The inside of the flap can be blocked off with a hard plastic tray to stop animals coming in or out. My only concern is that the flap will curl over time from repeated use but we shall see. I noticed the same photo was being used for different brand small soft cat flaps and it turns out Ideal Pet and Perfect Pet sell the exact same soft flap cat door. Even their serial numbers / product code is the same. Buy the Ideal Pet version if you can as it usually sells for a lower price.
