Surprisingly accurate and easy to use. Light weight - perfect for home use

Can't beat the price for a pulse oximeter. Does a great job to measure oxygen saturation in the blood and your pulse. Very handy for aviation where getting into the higher altitudes (but not flight levels) means monitoring your oxygen saturation is important. Compare this to other pulse oximeters in aviation stores for four times the price.

The functionality is very poor. To loud with background noise. EKG very subpar. Amplitude of tracing virtually non existent. Very expensive for such poor performance. Save your money . My Apple Watch does a better tracing

Good Heart Monitor

This is a great holter monitor. You need a PC (not Mac) to run the software, and you need an understanding of how to interpret 12 lead ECG's. I'm still learning how to navigate the software; the instructions are very basic, so it would help if you have experience with ECG software as well. It is sensitive- easy to get "artifacts" if you are moving around too much. You should secure the leads with medical tape and a tight shirt if you will be walking, exercising, or during sleep. This device will give you the ability to take control of your health and give your doctor concise information for a more precise and thorough diagnosis of heart conditions. I have been able to catch arrhythmia that was not happening during a doctor or hospital visit. It makes a huge difference for the doctor to see visually what is happening, rather than a verbal description. Make sure to buy extra electrodes- this unit comes with enough for two sessions.
