This is a remarkable product. Lots of great instructions and hints. The art of making a coal fired, wood fired, brick fired pizza takes a little practice, but you’ll learn a ton after the first try (and that will be mostly successful regardless, the future uses will only be better). Love the quality of this product for the price, you cannot go wrong. Assembly took 30 minutes (use the 2 longer screws first!) and building the fire took 15 minutes. Make sure to add hardwood chunks and let them flame up before you put on the lid. And make sure to let it preheat... don’t rush that part. We had a little difficulty getting the temp up until we added a little more wood. Once we did... it came up to 900 degrees and it cooked 6 pizzas ...fantastic. Make sure to get a wooden pizza peel for prepping and loading your pies and make sure to use cornmeal or enough flour to get the dough to slide off and onto the stone. Don’t try to prepare or load your pizzas with the metal peel, use that to turn and remove your finished pizza. This is an awesome product and you’ll have a ton of fun even the first time trying (the pizzas will be fantastic... hard to make a mistake). But make sure you have everything prepared ahead and follow the oven instructions. The second and future attempts will make you look like a pro. At the end of the day, the product is well-made and really easy to use. It really is quite remarkable that with a $100 investment, you can turn a simple kettle grill into a fantastic pizza oven. You’ll be making pizzas like a pro! Highly recommend!Read full review
