I am really surprised this is not in greater use. I bought it at the reasonable price of $75 if the regular retail price was in that range I believe it would take off! It is an excellent tool for taking notes. I use it on business trips. But you do have to practice and get used to it. One recommendation don't use lines and squiggles if yo need to convert to text. The software will get confused. Great product and excellent software to accompany it!

Initially I was put off by Wacom's decision to charge a monthly fee for the OCR feature. They have changed this, and it's free, now. This is a bit ornery on my part, since I use the tablet for sketching. For this purpose, it's very good. I do my artwork on a Surface pro, but I miss the feel of real paper. The only drawback is the software. You are forced to go save your work on Wacom's cloud, and from there, transfer it to whatever app to intend to refine it in. As a on the go sketching tool, it's brilliant. The only drawback is that Wacom advertises it as having 1024 degrees of pressure sensitivity which is, to say the least, a stretch. You have a choice between dark, or very dark. The OCR feature works well.
