      The Seller is good. However, this was a timeshare purchase. Its very difficult to contact the resort office manager to get specific details before you bid. Other owners that own multiple timeshare week in that resort, monoplize the whole reservations process, they take all the ocean view units and best weeks of the year, which makes it impossible for "ousiders" to make score a good reservation.
