Order multiple if possible.
I just got my replacement a few days ago and both were DoA. Other then that the adapter fit fine in both my PCH-1101 and 2000 without the game card cover bulging up. Just wished it worked so I could leave a better review.

Well it works
Its an adapter for the ps vita and it does what it says it will do. It should be noted for anyone thinking of buying one: you will need to have hacked your psv and edited some of the files to use this but its pretty easy to do if you have the right firmware and you can follow simple instructions.
