I have contacted the seller and also started a return but I have not gotten a response from them. At this point, I will have to start an arbitration process through eBay. I am very disappointed and will never buy from the Tracfone eBay site again.

Don't buy Verizon SIM, lots of headaches and time wasted working with Tracfone support. No matter if this has discount, it's not worth it. This is unfortunately par for the course for Tracfone when it comes to these SIMs, and I was worried I would indeed receive the wrong thing. So I had to go to the trouble to make a refund request, with photos, and at least Tracfone was quick to take care of it. I did not reorder as I couldn't get the same price.

I contacted them and they said "We regret to inform you that the SIM card number REDACTED is not an eBay SIM card." and "This is not the SIM card that came with your eBay order.".

The SIM card was real, but there was no talk/text/or data associated with it. There is a major disconnect between Tracfone eBay and customer service. I went through their website and it was asking to buy a plan with is incorrect since this suppose to be preloaded. Contacted customer service three times and they were unable to activate the sim card. Customer service on ebay took two or three days to respond and they basically had the same message to contact customer service. The only good thing is that they sent a refund in a timely matter.
