It is a good book with some good practical suggestions on what you should or shouldn't eat if you want to have your body pH balance i.e. not be acidic. It is a good reference book with lists of foods to avoid. It also includes some good recipes and ideas for cooking. I would recommend it a good basic book to have in your library if you are trying to be healthy and avoid toxic conditions in your body.
