Fun book

I decided to purchase this because I watched The Durrels of Corfu. The book does deal with the wildlife more than I anticipated but also the thoughts and memories of life in a different place at a time of youth we can look back on happily.

Did not compare to PBS version. I could not get past the first 120 pages.

Very boring. Author writes about bugs. The PBS series on Corfu made the Durrell adventure much more interesting!

A good read !

I do not rate paperback books as 5 stars but would give this 5 in a hardcover book. It is well written and full of interesting people. This volume does seem well bound and will probably last through several readings.
