Took 3.5 weeks for delivery, but book did arrive in time for Christmas, in good condition. I was nervous after reading other reviews about poor packaging/damaged books, but I got lucky. The cardboard mailer was sturdy, but the book itself was not protected inside at all. The book could have gotten damaged with poor handling, and rain/snow would have definitely seeped through the cardboard to damage the book.Doesn't fit in a mailbox, so it could easily have gotten soaked on my porch today.
