Works Well With Alexa But...

Not the easiest to set up. TP Link's Kasa app doesn't recognize ID & password on iPad but does on Android cell. Go figure. Kasa could be better. Clicked on the Kasa prompt to send password reset info to my email, no email received. The pressure is on Kasa to get their setup easier with the release of Amazon's new smart plug. Amazon version is a plug in, open Alexa app, start using. Plus no smart home hub required. So for about $5 more there may not be any more setup hassle.

Easy set up.

You could spend $8 to $10 dollars for the old style set the pins light timer. But this wi-fi plug is well worth the price and easy to set-up. It can be used with just your smart phone and an app, nothing else. You can turn on a lamp, Christmas lights or a coffee pot with your cell phone from any place. They also have a 2 year warranty.

Great Value for small price.

It is dooing what I was expecting it will do. Easy configuration and so far (two weeks) no problems at all. Works perfectly with Google Home. Also liek a scheduling and timer feature.

Super Product

The wife and I both travel very often for our jobs. Either one of us while away can modify the lighting in our home to make it look as if someone is home. I like to turn off lights in livingroom and move to hallway, turn on light in hallway, then move to bedroom/bathroom and turn on lights there. If you were parked outside casing our home you would never guess no one is home. I sometimes do this from as far away as Southeast Asia/China. The wife likes to turn lights on and off in our second floor and basement. As long as you have WiFi connection it works. The come in several configurations and for my money they are great.

Best Smart Plugs Out There

These little devices are great for lights, fans, even my 8000 BTU window air conditioner. Anything you'd like to have on a timer or just a remote on/off this is the ticket. I have never tried scenes, etc, but the schedule and the basic functionalty is top notch.
