Are there any better scopes than this? Of course - but you have to pay three or four times the price This is a very clear optic with great features I’ve bought three of them and plan on getting more for my guns The motion sensor turns it on automatically as soon as you pick the weapon up This gives you a very long battery life It’s way too early to say how long it is, but when you have to change the battery, you can do it in seconds with the scope still mounted - no need to re-zero

Quality is great! The mount is an absolute co-witness mount not a 1/3 co-witness so your irons block the dot. This would be fine if if your irons folded down front and rear but will not work with fixed sights on an AR platform. The "co-witness" term is used very lightly in the description and should state that this function does not apply to fixed irons. It has a proprietary base so its not possible to just change the base either. Will be selling this one and buying a HoloSun HS403B.

Nice setup and price.
Bought the unit with high mount only, put it on a Classic AR kit, red dot lined up with top of front sight insert so I removed that. Only shot at 50 yards but didn't even need to adjust the dot. Lines up right where the sight tip was between the protective ears. I thought I might have to cut off the front sight but great as is. I did have a little trouble with getting it into sleep mode, seems if you hold the button too long it either stays on or off, if off hold down just till it turns on and it's in motion mode. Have this setup for quick shots at varmints in the yard, figure it's easy for the wife to get on target with this. Great sight for a good price.

Stellar micro red dot. Excellent battery life. Crisp clear dot. It can handle recoil. Not sure about dropping the unit. Probably not my first choice for duty optic. But it's really great on my M&P 15-22. OVERALL IT'S A SWEET DEAL.

Red Dot Is Like An Asterisk
After all of the great reviews I read before purchasing this red dot, I was very disappointed.The red dot itself, is irregular and indistinct (like an asterisk, not round). Before anyone reading this review blames my experience on my eyesight, I have several other red dot sights in varying price ranges, and except for the very cheapest of theses sights, all have a much more distinct and round red dot sight picture. I was expecting much more from the Sig Sauer name.
