Try it as the diet works!
I heard about this book on television, and it truely lived up to expectations which were high. It is well written and easy to read. The instructions for following the diet are clear. The diet works and what's best about the book is it tells you what to eat when you're out at local fast food places, recognizing that we all stop at these places from time to time. I would recommend this book for someone trying to lose twenty pounds or less. It easy, effective and it works!

great diet plan
I purchased this book because I had heard of this diet on several occasions seeing him on various talk shows. I did the Super shred first which i just downloaded on tablet. I wish i had brought actual book because it's easier as far as bookmarking. When I purchased this book it was in great condition. Started program and it does work and easy to follow.
