Good suction, few things could've been designed better.
Generally like it, but two issues: 1. short and stiff hose that pulls the vacuum and tips it over and 2. cord wraps around a little awkward, can't fully use the vac if cord isn't completely unwound.

Best vacuum brand around
I will only buy a shark. This brand is the ONLY brand that will hold up with having so many cats and a Saint bernard. When I saw the new one. I just had to get it! My old one is used for vehicles now. This new one is amazing how you can take apart for easy fit under couches, beds, and tables. The light helps so much better to see every little thing! Love the upgrade shark has done!!!

Loved the 1st so much we got a 2nd unit
This is our "upstairs" unit. It literally fluffs our carpet and collects a container full of pet hair every week. It transitions to our tiled flooring with ease. We have had our other unit for about a year. Never any issues.
